What is the Medicare Agent Database?

The Medicare Agent Database is an online directory designed to help Medicare beneficiaries find licensed, independent agents who can assist them in choosing the right Medicare plans. Our platform connects agents with individuals looking for expert guidance on their healthcare options.

By joining our directory, you will increase your visibility and exposure to potential clients searching for Medicare-related services. You’ll have a professional listing that showcases your expertise, credentials, and contact information, making it easier for beneficiaries in your area to find and reach out to you.

To sign up, simply fill out our Agent Registration Form available on the website. You’ll need to provide some key details, including your National Producer Number (NPN), contact information, service areas, and any relevant qualifications. After submission, your application will be reviewed and approved before your listing is made public.

Yes, there may be a subscription fee for your listing. We offer different pricing tiers based on the visibility and features you desire for your profile. The basic listing is free, but premium options with enhanced visibility and additional features (such as priority placement, badges, etc.) come with a fee. Detailed pricing information is available during the signup process.

Once you submit your registration form, our team will review your information and verify your credentials, including your NPN. The approval process for paid listings typically take between 24-48 hours and free listings may take up to 2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email once your listing is live on the directory.

Of course! After your profile is approved and live, you can log in at any time to update your contact information, services, or any other details. This ensures that your profile remains up to date and accurately reflects your offerings.

During the signup process, you’ll be asked to specify your primary service area. If you’re licensed in multiple states, you can list additional states by editing your profile after registration. Premium listings allow for more comprehensive location management.

Potential clients can find your profile through our searchable directory. Each profile includes your contact details such as phone number, email address, and, if applicable, a link to your website. Clients can reach out directly to schedule consultations or request more information.

You will be required to provide your National Producer Number (NPN) during the signup process to verify that you are a licensed Medicare agent. If you don’t know your NPN, you can easily look it up on the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) website by entering your name and license information.

Absolutely! If you initially opt for a basic plan and later decide to upgrade to a premium listing, you can do so through your account dashboard. Premium listings provide greater visibility and additional features that can help attract more clients.

We offer analytics and reporting tools for premium listings. You will be able to track how many views your profile is receiving, as well as how many people have contacted you through the directory. These insights will help you optimize your listing for better performance.

If your license expires, your listing will be temporarily removed until you update your credentials. You will receive email notifications reminding you to renew your license or update your NPN. If you decide to leave the directory, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

We are working on an Agency Account option that allows you to manage multiple agent profiles under one main account. This is ideal for agencies looking to list multiple licensed agents and manage them efficiently from one place.  Sign up to our newsletter to know when we release it.

As a Medicare agent, it’s important to stay compliant with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations. When you join our directory, you are responsible for ensuring that your marketing practices and communications with clients adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines. We recommend regularly reviewing CMS guidelines to avoid any violations.

If you wish to cancel your premium listing, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Depending on the billing cycle, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused time. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details on cancellation policies.
